Frequently asked questions

How do customers get asked for a review?

The request appears where they already are — the order tracker after a pickup, a booking confirmation, a table's QR order, or after an AI phone call — so nobody has to be chased by email.

Can I hide a bad review?

On your own site, yes: you choose which reviews are shown. The public average is calculated from only the visible ones, so it moves when you hide one. Reviews on Google are Google's — hiding one there is not something we or anyone else can do.

Can I show my Google reviews on my website?

Yes. Connect your Google listing and your live rating plus a handful of your Google reviews render on your site, with the author credited and a link back to the review on Google.

Can I reply to my Google reviews from here?

Not yet. Replying requires a level of Google Business Profile API access we're still waiting on, so today the Google side is display-only. Replies to reviews left directly with you are unaffected.
