How it works

   Install it in a tap

   Add it to the home screen of the phone or tablet you already have and it opens full-screen, like an app, with its own icon.

2. 02

   Orders that won't be missed

   A new order pushes to every device you've enabled, and keeps pushing every thirty seconds while it's still waiting on Accept or Decline. Keep the screen awake on the device that runs the kitchen.

3. 03

   Tickets print themselves

   Turn on automatic printing and the kitchen ticket prints the moment the order exists, marked as not yet accepted. Decline it and a cancellation slip prints, so a kitchen that already started stops.

4. 04

   Or run the Android build

   For a dedicated POS terminal there's a native Android app to download and install. It's sideloaded rather than from the Play Store, so the page gives you the file's checksum to verify before you install it.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an app to download?

Two ways in. On any phone, tablet or computer you can install the dashboard to the home screen and it runs like an app. For a dedicated Android POS terminal there's a native build you download and install directly.

Will I get alerted about a new order?

Yes. New orders push to the devices you've enabled and keep pushing every thirty seconds until somebody accepts or declines, so an order can't sit unseen. On an iPhone, push works once you've added it to your home screen.

What printers work?

WiFi receipt printers print from our servers, so no phone needs to be involved. A Bluetooth printer prints from the device it's paired to while the app is open there, and a USB printer prints from a computer you mark as the print station.

Does the ticket print before I accept the order?

That's your choice. With automatic printing on, it prints straight away marked as not yet accepted — and declining prints a cancellation slip. With it off, the ticket prints when somebody taps Accept.
